So, after a relatively warm and sunny Sunday, this morning we woke up under a white blanket.
The children were particularly happy about this, especially the elder as he is not confined home by chickenpox; he actually told me he was savouring the moment he would run and splash in all that glowing goodness. Of course he was given boots to wear.
I was a bit less happy about the snow, as today I have teacher-parent talks at school for both children, at different times, plus taking one and collecting the same, that makes four trips to school. And between the parents I am the one who is not confined home by chickenpox. No skidding.
But then I looked out of the bathroom window and this is what I saw:
Which gives today a wholly different perspective, doesn’t it?
